BLACK LABEL - Fruit Forward Blend
This is an experimental fruit forward espresso. It will surely brew nicely as a pour over but R&D is espresso focused.

BLACK LABEL BREW RECIPE
Brew ratio is 2:1 and Black Label likes an espresso machine temp set to 200F. If temperature surfing your H/X machine…something based upon the e61 or similar, flush about 15 seconds past when the steamy sputtering sound ceases and then pull your shot immediately.
